When is the store opening?
Our store is coming early next year! We’re so excited to welcome you in and will share the official opening date soon on our website and social channels.
Do I need a reservation to come in, and how long is a reservation?
Reservations will be available soon! Walk-ins are always welcome, but if you’d like to enjoy our custom beauty experiences (like creating your own fragrance or lip product), we recommend booking a reservation once we launch. Each reservation will last about 45 minutes to 1 hour so you can fully enjoy the process.
How Much does the service cost?
We’re getting ready to open our store soon! Once everything is set, we’ll post our full service menu with prices. Don’t worry—they’ll be affordable and accessible for everyone.
What are the ingredients in the custom lipstick, balm, and gloss?
Our products are always cruelty-free, vegan, and free from parabens, phthalates, and talc. Every item comes with a clear ingredient list—because transparency matters.
What happens if I am running late to my reservation?
We totally understand that life happens! We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. If you arrive later than that, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. However, please note that we may need to reschedule your appointment if we’re unable to fit you in.
