Do I need a reservation to come in, and how long is a reservation?

While walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend booking ahead—especially for larger groups—to ensure we can accommodate you comfortably. Each reservation is scheduled for 60 minutes per service, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the full Scents N’ Shades experience.

What happens if I am running late to my reservation?

We totally understand that life happens! We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. If you arrive later than that, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. However, please note that we may need to reschedule your appointment if we’re unable to fit you in.
