Welcome to Scents N’ Shades! These Terms & Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, whether in-store or online. By using our services, booking an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

These Terms apply to all users, including those purchasing products, booking services, or interacting with us online or in-store. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Services & Bookings

  • Reservations: While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking ahead, especially for group visits. Reservations are scheduled in 60-minute time blocks.

  • Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive later, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule.

  • Cancellations: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Group Bookings: For larger parties or private events, please email us in advance to confirm availability and custom accommodations.

3. Product Sales & Custom Items

  • Custom Products: Items like custom lipsticks, cream blushes, and fragrances are handcrafted. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing prior to shipping or pickup.

  • Permanent Jewelry: Our in-house jeweler offers welded jewelry. All services are performed with care and require a signed consent form.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • In-Store: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.

  • Online: Email [insert customer service email] within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. Custom products may be non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original form of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, branding, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Scents N’ Shades and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, Scents N’ Shades is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or services.

If you experience an allergic reaction or injury related to our products or services, please discontinue use and consult a medical professional. Use of products and services is at your own discretion.
