Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the following:

  • Hawaii or Alaska

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

  • International locations

We also do not support shipping to multiple addresses per order at this time

Custom Orders

For orders containing custom lipsticks, lipgloss, blush, or perfume, please allow 2–3 business days for processing prior to shipping.
If we’re unable to locate your formula or are temporarily out of a specific pigment, a team member will contact you with an update.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 2–3 business days.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
