We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including the item price and sales tax, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store, including custom lip products or perfumes, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days by bringing your item(s) and receipt to the original location or any Scents N’ Shades store in the U.S.

Exchanges are offered at no extra charge, and must be for an item of equal or lesser value. Your refund or exchange will be processed on the spot.

By Mail

Can’t make it in person? No problem! You may ship your item(s) back to us along with a printed receipt that includes your transaction number. Use your own shipping label. Once received, your return or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Online Purchases

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase by emailing us at customerservice@scentsnshades.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. After we receive your returned item(s), your refund will be issued to your original payment method—or your exchange will be processed—within 5–10 business days.
